“Linda went well above and beyond the call of duty”. The first sale was a family investment property in Mosman. The house was divided into two separate flats with two difficult tenants, and Linda demonstrated great tact in handling everyone effectively before, during and after the sales process. The real challenge however, came just one day before the auction. The local council issued what we all believed to be an incorrect Building Certificate, together with orders to reinstate the two flats back to a single dwelling house regardless of the sale going ahead or not. The subdivision of the existing house into two flats that could possibly be further developed was clearly a key aspect for any prospective purchaser. Grasping the importance of the situation for us, Linda went well above and beyond the call of duty, spending a full day in the council library archives, and eventually unearthing the documents which confirmed the approvals some 77 years earlier! If it weren’t for her professional background, and experience, the end result could have been financially disastrous for us. Rather than incur the costs of a second auction process, they then garnered sale offers by way of expressions of interest, obtaining a superb outcome for us (despite really poor market conditions) of over $300,000 above the expected price if sold as a single dwelling house. The success of the sale was quite simply down to Linda's professional approach and sheer amount of time and effort Linda and her team put into every unforeseeable problem that arose.

"When our mother and grandmother passed away in close succession, my sister and I were assigned the difficult task of dismantling a lifetime of accumulated family memories for not one but two family homes...a painful and daunting exercise.
